- Delivery dates are estimated unless a fixed date for the transactions has been expressly agreed in writing and may vary depending on the courier/transport company.
- Delivery delays will occur during peak holiday periods. We strongly advise that customer may experience delays in the shipment of their orders.
- The estimated delivery date depends on your address and is calculated from the time you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped and not from the time your order was placed.
- Shipment is at the risk of the customer on principle. We are under no obligation whatsoever to insure the goods. If the buyer is in default with acceptance or in arrears, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of goods passes to him.
- Any damaged or loss orders are subject to an investigation carried out by the courier company. The investigation can take up to an estimated 12 business days and we must allow the courier company to complete their investigation before we can take any further action into the whereabouts of the order.
- Products will generally only be delivered to address within Australia. We are unable to deliver to certain parts of Australia.
- Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules or third party couriers and may encounter extended delays. Please note that there are limitations on all courier networks and some remote delivery address will not be serviced door-to-door. In these cases, the courier will deliver to a local depot and you will be contacted to collect your products.
- Customers is to make certain that the goods are delivered in full before signing any Proof of Delivery(POD) documents. We bear no responsibility for signed PODs by the customer for which the goods have not been received and/or received in full by the customer.
- Any damages of goods delivered or orders which are only delivered partially are to be reported to within 7 working days so the resolution process can commence.
- Any returned goods are to be in their original packing or there will be a 15% administration/restocking fee incurred by the customer.
- Any customer returns will be processed in the form of a credit note.
- Any orders which will require self-discharging by trucks, cranes, forklift etc, is at the customer’s experience and risk.
- The aforementioned reference to business day means a day that is not a Saturday,Sunday or public holiday in Australia.
